Are you a CPA?

I’m not a CPA, but I’m a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.  I will manage your QuickBooks.

Do I have to have QuickBooks to work with you?

We will figure out what system will work best for your business. Ideally, this will be QuickBooks Online.

Can I work with you if I’m not in Pearland?

Yes, I work mostly online by managing your books via QuickBooks Online, but we can have video meetings, FaceTime or if you are in the Houston area we can have face-to-face meetings if/when needed.

How do you charge?

Charges are monthly depending on the scope of services you need or by pieces of the scope that you need.

What is the onboarding process?

We will have a discovery call to figure out what services you will need for your business, then I will send you a quote.  When the quote is approved, I’ll send you an agreement letter and we will pick a start date.
